1. GENERAL

Athlacer is a UK-based children’s activewear brand specialising in clothing for babies and toddlers.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. PRODUCTS

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, sizing and appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing tolerances.

All sizing provided is approximate.

3. PRODUCT SAFETY

Athlacer products are designed with comfort and everyday wear in mind. Parents and guardians should always supervise children while wearing garments containing buttons, poppers, zips, cords or other fastenings.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose.

Athlacer accepts no liability for misuse, improper care, alterations, or failure to supervise children appropriately while products are worn.

4. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity or pricing errors.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. PRICING

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

6. SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Athlacer is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must remain intact
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, stains or misuse.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.

9. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athlacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Customers must follow all care instructions provided on garment labels.

Athlacer is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, tumble drying, ironing or garment care.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Athlacer branding, logos, product designs, images, graphics and website content remain the intellectual property of Athlacer.

ATHLACER™ is a legally protected trademarked brand. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation or distribution of our brand name, logo, designs or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
