RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must remain intact
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, stains or misuse.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to start a return

To request a return, please email athlacerathletic@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
