ATHLACER™ is a legally protected and registered trademark within the United Kingdom. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, copying, modification, distribution or commercial use of the Athlacer brand name, logo, slogan, designs, product concepts, graphics, imagery or website content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content displayed on the Athlacer website, social media platforms, marketing materials and packaging, including but not limited to logos, branding, product designs, text, graphics, images, videos, artwork and promotional materials, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Athlacer.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or exploited in any form without prior written permission from Athlacer.

BRAND PROTECTION

Athlacer actively protects its intellectual property rights, branding identity and product designs.
